1.Can the child change to CBSE curriculum in the middle of the session from other curriculum?
It can be done with a TC from the previous school which will be sent to KHDA for approval as long as the age criteria is met.
2.Next year which Grade will open?
We will be opening Grade 1 to 5 in April 2018.
3.After Grade 5 and 6 which Grade will be opened and when?
We will be opening Grade 6-8 tentatively in the year 2019-20.
4.When are you opening Grade 10?
We will be opening Grade 10 in the year 2020-21 tentatively.
5.Do the children have Arabic in Pre-KG, KG I and KGII?
There is no Arabic in Pre-KG. There is conversational Arabic in KG I and KG II.
6.Will the children learn Hindi in KG I and KGII?
Children will learn Hindi in KG I and KG II keeping in mind progression to Grade I.
7.Do you have Swimming classes for Pre-KG, KG I and KGII?
At the moment we have water play and an age appropriate swimming pool for the Kindergarten.
There are no swimming classes for Kindergarten.
8.Do you have child seats in the buses for Pre-KG, KG I and KG II children?
All buses will be equipped with proper seats and seat belts with a lady attendant.
9.What facilities are you offering for Grade I?
For Grade I and above, 9 Gems Holistic Education Programme is offered which includes a wide variety of sports, co-curricular activities, STEM learning (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and a rigorous scholastic curriculum.
Students will be taught with a range of learning applications using one to one devices.
Every classroom is equipped with an interactive board.
10. If the child fails in the interactive session, will the registration fees be refundable?
Registration fee is not refundable.
11.What are the transport fees according to the location and area km wise?
Transport fees will be proposed according to the following zones.

12. If the child is coming from India and does not have an Emirates Id can the parent go ahead with the registration fees and admission?
Yes, with an undertaking with a date has to be signed that the same will be provided. However registration fee will not be refunded.
13. Why the Fees for 7 months is 12600 as the entire fees for the year is 18000?
We are dividing it by 7 months instead of 10 months as the term is starting from September.
14. Will the admission be processed if the parents don’t have a valid Emirates Id, Passport
or any relevant documents?
Undertaking with a date has to be signed. If not, admission will be cancelled. Admission fees will not be refunded.
15. If the registration fee is already paid for the current academic year and the parent
due to some circumstances is not able to go ahead with the admission and wants to
take admission for next year will the registration fees be transferable?
A letter addressed to the Principal has to be submitted. This is subject to the Principal’s approval.
16.Is the school App available on play store?
Yes available on Appstore.
17. Is PDC (Postdated cheque) accepted?
18. Can fees be paid monthly?
Monthly payment of fees is not acceptable.
It has to be termly as per policy.
19.If paying by cheque,
Cheque should be in the name of Global Indian International School LLC.

If the child is identified as SEN then the documents are sent to KHDA for approval after which the admission fees will be collected. The registration fees which is submitted before the interactive session is not refundable in case papers are not approved.
